Restaurant FEYATA

The aim of the concept project is to study the possibilities for new usage of the complex units. In the first floor a club-restaurant is located, in the second floor- a bar saloon. The terrace in the third floor is reconstructed into jazz-bar. The three floors are united by a glazed atrium, creating a rich interior space with greenery. A spiral stair realizes the connection between the restaurant and the bar saloon. The terraces in the second and third floor are preserved and further developed to view the panorama. The new image proposed hereby- white screen façade, play of walls and openings, large-scale glazing- alls this interprets with contemporary means the wonderful pattern of the architecture of modernism in Bulgaria.
