The project represents an office building, consisting of 5 separate offices (with a possibility to be united in case of necessity) and one apartment for guests- in the upper level. The design consists of reconstruction of an existing building, with building of new staircase and elevator, as well as building one more floor. The facades are designed with new materials ( Etalbond and clinker tiles finishing, thermal insulation, aluminium doors and windows).
