The guest house is two storeys high with a semi-underground level. The communication between the different levels is achieved through a staircase, located in a staircase cell in the North. A restaurant with 56 seats is enclosed on the first level and at the covered terrace there are 36 more seats and a bar. The design provides also a platform for musical performances. The dining hall incorporates a wet bar.
On the second floor there are 5 guest rooms, and there is also the owner's apartment unit. The guest rooms are designed as hotel units with a self-contained bathroom. One of the units has a separated living room. The owner's apartment consists of two rooms with completely arranged living area.
