The aim of the project is to change the existing design of a house near the town of Rousse. Minimal interference is applied to optimize the layouts, the facades and main architectural details. In the façade design are applied materials like: structural plaster - white; granite facing and limestone facing with horizontal joints- ventilated façade; wooden paneling of exotic timber, roof-tiles "Bramak"- type "Antique". Facing boards, railings and garage gates are of dark brown wood, corresponding to the wooden paneling.
