Project design for the reconstruction of a building and renovation of the first three levels, to be transformed into a refined restaurant complex. The Show Cooking concept (finishing the dishes before the customers, sitting at the bar), was in the base of the design. The rough brick masonry walls opposed to the high-tech windows, the wood and the ceramic floor tiles as well as the furniture complement the individual interior design.
