The renewal of the Celhart paper plant spans over a period of three years and includes multiple parallel planning activities. For example, a comprehensive plan for the renewal of the whole site, a formal master plan, projects for remodeling existing buildings and facade renewal, interior design, new warehouses and public spaces design. A.D.A. is awarded first prize at the annual National Architecture Review Competition.
