A new restaurant for the Boryana Hotel with a capacity of 350 places; 160 of them are situated on a shaded open terrace. The hall opens to an elliptical swimming pool framed by specially designed lighting poles. Many innovative techniques are used, such as laminated wood frames, tensile structures and designer lighting.
