The design for a complete renewal of the hotel includes upgrade and increase of the rooms, as well as new log¬gias, apartments, rooms for the disabled and a two-floor lobby with a shopping area. A day-care center, a new bar and a swimming pool with telescopic roof structure are added. The facades and the interiors are completely redesigned.
