The urban design for this boardwalk area includes: alleys, an entertainment park (with an aqua park, children's park, summer amphitheater, water wall, and water fall), a restaurant; a life-guard tower, a yacht-club, a bazaar and a restaurant.
The pedestrian street connects three hotels and includes detailing of landscape, hardscape, and street furniture. Specially designed light poles add to the identity to the space.
