Vacation compound, consisting of 10 low-rise residential buildings with apartments (having 1 or 2 bedrooms and studios), composed around a common interior space with swimming pools, alleys and rich greenery. The exterior design corresponds to local traditions as forms and materials. The project is based on preliminary studies by Spanish architects Debora Lasry and Gustavo Caamaño.
