The apartment building is adjacent to the Bokar residential complex. It is designed to respond to a complex program for apartments of varying sizes. Regardless of the change in scale, the project corresponds to the architecture of Bokar.Schematic design of a bank office and administrative building of Union Bank. The building structurally embodies 3 volumes: L-form solid body; a glazed body with suspended facade, forming the angle with the main entrance, and a vault as an accent of the entrance diagonal. In the ground floor is the bank hall, and in the next levels - the bank offices with separate entrance.
