The apartment building consists of two volumes and has a semi-rectangle form with an inside courtyard-area of greenery. The two underground floors are the parking garages. The next eight levels represent the main residential floors, there are two additional levels above. Roofs are used under greenery terraces. In the ground floor is designed a commercial center. The project is based on preliminary studies of Studio Capelli Architettura & Associati, Italy.
