The project for a Residential Compound on a site of 50, 000 sq.m was awarded first price in an international competition. The entry comprises of urban design plus conceptual architectural design for 3 single - family villas: 800, 900 and 1000 sq.m each, which are modularly repeated on the site. The jury praises A.D.A's entry for "the modern interpretation of the Mediterranean villa type.
