Residential compound of "closed type", consisting of 150 one-family houses, located on a terrain of 8,5 ha. The houses are of 6 basic types with average total floor area of 200 sq.m each and are modularly repeated in the individual plots. A.D.A. provided master planning and the complete design of all the houses.
