A.D.A. and Bulgarconsult develop plans for a business center with shops, a restaurant and underground garages as a part of the „Income Building" of Rousse. A.D.A.'s version includes a commercial centre on the first two floors and a business centre on the upper three floors with its own entrance. The transparent facade blends the building into the historic context of the main street.
