The residential complex consists of 33 units: town houses and low-rise apartment buildings; a fitness center and an outside swimming pool. All adjacent areas are uniformly designed and furnished. A.D.A. acts simultaneously as the developer, the architect and the main contractor. Integration of urban, architectural and interior design; of concept, planning and implementation are key features of Buxton-2000. It is the first gated, centrally managed compound in Bulgaria to ensure a quality living environment.
