Apartment Hotel Galeon, design of development
Apartments Complex "Galeon" consists of three connected parts, six, seven and eight stories high respectively, surrounding an internal yard from the North, West and South. In the yard are situated a garden and also a big and a small pools with a "beach". Vertically the complex is split into two parts: The First floor - "the base" - where are situated multiple restaurants, stores, and other supporting areas, The rest of the floors consisting of apartments. Impressive structure of wood and glass covers and underlines the main entrance of the complex.
In our goals to provide views towards the see to maximum number of apartment as well as to blend the complex as much as possible with the surroundings, made us situate all three tall structures of the complex on the periphery of the complex.
An extravagant roof crowns the arc-like structure of the eight story building making the complex unique and promising to become the emblem of the complex.
