With its crystal shape and height of 178 m Europe Tower will be an icon of Sofia. The project represents a High-rise building with offices and apartment hotel, sky bar, sky lounge and 3 levels of underground garages. Europe Tower Sofia has a height of 177,89 m and assembly antenna to the hight of 209,30 м; the total over ground floor area shall cover 43 floors with total area of 64 000 m2 and the total floor area of the underground levels shall cover 3 underground levels with total area of approximately 16 000 m2. The high-rise building shall accommodate approximately 3 000 persons simultaneously in the office, residential and restaurant zones. Together with Europe center Sofie the sky-scraper forms a complex, united by a "plaza", from which the high-rise is directly accessible.
